Drop off Policy

  • WE ACCEPT DROP OFFS FOR ALL CARRIERS AT OUR SHOP: UPS, FEDEX, USPS AND DHL.
  • DROP OFFS ARE PACKAGES THAT ALREADY HAVE A PREPAID LABEL.
  • WE DO NOT TAKE DROP-OFFS IN BULK. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 6 PACKAGES,PLEASE TAKE DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER AS WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE. WE ALWAYS ACCEPT LARGE PACKAGES FOR CUSTOMERS THAT PAY FOR SHIPPING IN STORE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY LARGE PREPAID PACKAGES. PLEASE CALL US TO DOUBLE CHECK OUR CAPACITY AT THE TIME.
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE DROP-OFFS MUST HAVE REQUIRED PAPERWORK, WAYBILLS, AND CUSTOMS FORMS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT PAPERWORK WILL RESULT IN A DELAY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PAPERWORK. WE ONLY HANDLE PAPERWORK AND CUSTOMS FORMS FOR PACKAGES PROCESSED AT OUR LOCATION.
  • WE DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS TO DROP OFF PACKAGES BUT THERE ARE CHARGES FOR TAPE, BOXES, ENVELOPES AND PRINTING.
  • WE DO NOT GIVE RECEIPTS FOR DROP-OFFS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING NOTE OF THEIR OWN TRACKING NUMBERS.
