DROP OFF POLICY
This policy applies to all packages with a pre-paid label meaning you are not paying us for to process the label. You either have a physical shipping label already with you or a digital copy.
We accept drop offs for all carriers at our shop: UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.
Please note that we accept pre-paid packages at no cost as a courtesy service. Your packages will be picked up with our scheduled pick-ups from Monday to Saturday. However, we do not provide any receipts for these drop offs. Customer is responsible for retaining their own tracking information and affixing the labels properly to their packages.
International packages that are dropped off must have all the required paperwork, waybills and customs forms. Failure to provide the right paperwork will result in a delay. We are not responsible for your paperwork. We only handle paperwork and customs forms for packages paid and processed at our location.
While we do not charge for drop-offs there are charges for tape, boxes, envelopes and printing. Please plan accordingly.
