Drop Offs

We accept packages with prepaid labels for UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.

Please read below for details and requirements.

UPS

  • If you are not paying for the shipping, you must bring a prepaid label.
  • We do not take handwritten UPS Waybills, QR codes, or account numbers.
  • We DO NOT accept drop-offs with prepaid labels that have a length LONGER THAN 20 INCHES. If you do not have a prepaid label and need to pay for shipping, we do not have a size limit. 
  • All international package drop-offs must have required paperwork, waybills, and customs forms. Failure to provide the right paperwork will result in a delay. We are not responsible for your paperwork. We only handle paperwork and customs forms for packages processed at our location. 
  • We do not give receipts for drop-offs. Customers are responsible for taking note of their own tracking numbers if they are bringing in their own shipping labels. Please take your package to the UPS store on 3rd ave between 9th and 10th street if you need a receipt.
  • UPS picks up between 4pm and 5pm on Monday-Friday.

FedEx

  • If you are not paying for the shipping, you must bring a prepaid label.
  • We do not take handwritten FedEx Waybills or account numbers.
  • We DO NOT accept drop-offs with prepaid labels that have a length LONGER THAN 20 INCHES. If you do not have a prepaid label and need to pay for shipping, we do not have a size limit. 
  • All international package drop-offs must have required paperwork, waybills, and customs forms. Failure to provide the right paperwork will result in a delay. We are not responsible for your paperwork. We only handle paperwork and customs forms for packages processed at our location. 
  • We do not give receipts for drop-offs. Customers are responsible for taking note of their own tracking numbers if they are bringing in their own shipping labels. Please take your package to the Fedex/Kinkos at Astor Place Houston St. if you need a receipt.
  • FedEx Ground picks up between 3pm and 4pm on Monday-Friday.
  • FedEx Express picks up between 6pm and 7pm on Monday - Friday and at 1pm on Saturdays.

USPS

  • If you are not paying for the shipping, you must bring a prepaid label.
  • We DO NOT accept drop-offs with prepaid labels that have a length LONGER THAN 20 INCHES. If you do not have a prepaid label and need to pay for shipping, we do not have a size limit. 
  • All international package drop-offs must have required paperwork, waybills, and customs forms. Failure to provide the right paperwork will result in a delay. We are not responsible for your paperwork. We only handle paperwork and customs forms for packages processed at our location. 
  • USPS tracking takes 24 hours to update after being picked up. All packages are scanned at the local station at the end of the day. They are not scanned on the premise.
  • We are not responsible for USPS mishandling your package or not scanning in your package. If your package needs to be scanned right away, we recommend waiting on line at the post office and having someone at the window scan your package and give you a receipt. 
  • We do not give receipts for drop-offs. Customers are responsible for taking note of their own tracking numbers if they are bringing in their own shipping labels. Please take your package to the Peter Stuyvesant Post Office or Cooper Station Post office if you need a receipt.
  • USPS picks up between 2pm and 3pm on Monday-Friday and 12pm on Saturdays.

DHL

  • If you are not paying for the shipping, you must bring a prepaid label.
  • We do not take handwritten DHL Waybills or account numbers.
  • We DO NOT accept drop-offs with prepaid labels that have a length LONGER THAN 20 INCHES. If you do not have a prepaid label and need to pay for shipping, we do not have a size limit. 
  • All international package drop-offs must have required paperwork, waybills, and customs forms. Failure to provide the right paperwork will result in a delay. We are not responsible for your paperwork. We only handle paperwork and customs forms for packages processed at our location. 
  • We do not give receipts for drop-offs. Customers are responsible for taking note of their own tracking numbers if they are bringing in their own shipping labels.
  • DHL picks up between 5pm and 6pm on Monday-Friday.
